There’s something about the fall of words upon the page that slowly slowly calms, setting a silent rhythm to my fingers to my pen. It may be the click of keys that induce the mind humming to cease, silence. Chattering gone and footsteps fading because all that matters are the letters tumbling together until every word makes no sense but yet somehow it makes all the sense in the world.

I am many things. Writer/editor, reader, actor, and artist are the most prevalent.

I've decided to try out literature and poem commissions and trades!
I might make gifts/do requests for friends.

500 words and under for stories, for now, until I get the hang of it. If I just so happen to end up writing more than 500 words, I won't charge extra.

My existence never made much of a difference to my parents.
I guess that’s why I ended up running away. And why I’m now standing on this smog-filled city street.
I pull my cap over my face, trying to regain my breath from running so far, and slide down to sit against one of the factories that seem to be taking over all the empty space.
A faint breath of wind blows my way and something small and white drifts to land at my feet.
A flower petal. No, two. Three.
I stand and follow the trail cautiously down the darkening street. Where do they come from?
The lamplighters have already come and gone, and the white, wilted petals glow in the lamps’ light.
As I look up to find the petals’ source, a greenhouse dwarfs me.
I never would have thought to find one in the middle of the city.
I creep forward and try the door. It opens under my hand.
I know where I’ll sleep tonight.

omg why am I back here it's been 3 years since I logged in and much more since I touched this embarrassing old thing brb fixing it all to not be so terrible and embarrassing also rip me nozmo and todd allison and the petunia violet is gone and over as of yesterday I think I found it here in 2012 and it meant so much to me ;_; it's kind of why I logged in again because I was all weepy and nostalgic I'm so sad

I'm, uh, Kinda Back

Not really back back, but I'm here! I'm not dead. I'm keeping my account for the future, although my Deviations ain't coming back in the super-near future. Yes, I know "ai not" is not an existing term.
